We place orders with the following vendors for items we do not keep in stock. Please click the company name in the Vendors list to find their products.

Please remember: no radioactive material or equipment.

Four ways to order:

If your order is a RUSH order, please call us to confirm receipt of faxed order, or place the order in person at the Storeroom. We place these non-stock orders after 12:00 noon. We consolidate your orders so that you can benefit from reduced or free shipping charges.

BEFORE placing your order, always be aware of closed accounts or insufficient funds. If your department has a grant ending soon, please call or e-mail our Billing Department. Please do not wait until the end date of the grant to inform us.

IMPORTANT: Please complete the form entirely and clearly. Every box provides important information. Make sure that this information is accurate. This will guarantee efficient service. If you place your order on a walk-in, keep a copy for your records.

The Non-stock (Open Orders) form is available here in PDF format. Please complete and either print, fax, email or bring in person.

The Store is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all university holidays. Please plan ahead so that you have enough supplies to work with.

If you need to place an order for companies other than those listed, or for radioactive material or equipment, please see the responsible person in your department main office.

We do not deliver your orders. As soon as your order arrives, we will call the phone number given on the order form. We will leave a message if voice-mail is available. Therefore accuracy in the completion of the phone number and all other information is critical.

If the product ordered is not available we will let you know.

Please check catalog numbers and quantities carefully. Your signature on orders and deliveries acknowledges that you have verified and accepted the products in their stated quantities and condition. Neither the Vendor nor MSU BMB Research Store are responsible for purchasing errors once the product has been received by purchaser and left the BMB Research Store room. Products cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless defective.
