Dr. Piro Lito

Dr. Piro Lito is a Thoracic Medical Oncologist and Enid A. Haupt Chair in Therapeutic Research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and an Associate Professor at the Weill Cornell Medicine Graduate School of Medical Sciences, both in New York City. He received his B.S. (2001) as well as his Ph.D. and M.D. (2008) at MSU, working in the laboratories of Drs. Veronica Maher and Justin McCormick. Dr. Piro’s current research focuses on characterizing the cancer biology of RAS oncogenes including the development of therapeutic inhibitors.
